Juan received his Ph.D. in Software Engineering from the University of Seville in 2010. He is an Associate Professor at the Department of Languages and Computer Systems at the same University. His research focuses in human mobility prediction and Activity recognition. He has participated in more than 20 national and regional projects.
Luismi received his MSc and PhD in Computer Engineering from the University of Seville, Spain, in 2009 and 2011, respectively. He is teacher at the School of Computer Science of the University of Seville since 2010. He is an expert in mobile technologies, ubiquitous computing and e-health systems. He has taught part in six degrees, three master’s degrees from the University of Sevilla and has led to more than 30 Bachelor and Master Thesis projects.
PhD. in Mathematics from the University of Seville where I am a professor at the Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence Department. I enjoy collaborating on multidisciplinary projects, interested in the intersection of topics such as network analysis, complex systems, artificial intelligence and computational mathematical modeling, and their applications to fields such as the Humanities, Biology or their theoretical approach from Mathematics.
Francisco Velasco-Morente, doctor in Mathematics, is a professor at the Department of Applied Economics at the University of Seville (Spain). He is a promoter member of the research group Qualitative Methods and Optimization in Dynamic Economic Systems (Cosde), and coordinator of its Research Seminar. He is also a member of the Instituto de Matemáticas de la Universidad de Sevilla (IMUS) and the Instituto de Economía y Negocios de la Universidad de Sevilla (Iusen). Dr. Velasco-Morente has published numerous research articles and has several books dedicated to scientific production of Andalusia (Spain).

Graduated in health computing engineering focus on Clinical Informatics branch and master’s degree in Software Engineering: Cloud, Data and IT from Universidad de Sevilla. Currently researcher at deep learning at Universidad de Sevilla, developing my interest in object detection sub-discipline in the field of Artificial Intelligence. Experience in user acceptance and regression testing and design, and Java backend development.
He received his Ph.D. (2013) in Computer Science at the University of Seville (Spain), and his M.S. (2008) in Computer Engineering at the University of Murcia (Spain). Currently, he is an assistant professor at the Department of Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence of the University of Seville, a member of the Research Group on Natural Computing (Univ. Seville), and a NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute ambassador. His main research interest is on the interplay between parallel computing, bio-inspired computing and machine learning, with special focus on GPU computing and deep learning. He has co-authored more than 25 papers in scientific journals, more than 45 contributions to conferences, and participated in 9 patents concerning image compression techniques.
Manuel is a Computer Science Engineering student at Universidad de Sevilla who loves Artificial Intelligence and robotics. He also consider himself a self-taught person on fields of his interest like electronics, 3D design and printing and of course AI. He is currently working in developing and Open Source Quadruped for education and use in research. He loves to develop products based on AI or robotics.
